Always working, even when your shop is slammed.

Calls, texts, web requests, and updates from your shop software all feed one system. It handles the repetitive work and tells you what happened.

Our process

From first call to a system that runs itself.

Two calls before any work starts. On the first, we learn your business and where it loses jobs. On the second, we propose fixes for exactly those problems.

Working fine

Built to be trusted by you and your customers.

The system talks to your customers in your name, so it's set up to behave the way you would.

  • Never pretends to be a person, and takes a message and alerts you whenever someone asks for one
  • Tells callers the call may be recorded
  • Texts only people who contacted you or opted in, with STOP in every thread
  • Never quotes prices or diagnoses a vehicle

Common problems and how we fix them.

These are real problems we fix in shops every day. Your system is built around what your discovery call shows, so yours may look different.

If calls ring out while the front desk is busy

AI receptionist

Answers in your shop's name, gets the year, make, model, and what's wrong, and books into open appointment slots.

If calls go to voicemail

Missed-call text-back

Anyone who reaches voicemail gets a text within a minute, before they call the next shop.

If customers keep calling for updates

Car-ready updates

When a repair order changes status in your shop software, the customer gets a text automatically, so fewer people call to ask.

If recommended work never comes back

Declined-repair follow-up

Work customers turned down gets check-in texts on a schedule you approve, and they stop the moment the customer books or replies.

If quote requests wait hours for a reply

Quote request replies

Customers get a text within a minute asking for the details your team needs. The AI never gives prices. Your team sends those.

If happy customers never leave reviews

Review requests

After pickup, customers get a text with a link to your reviews page, so your rating keeps up with your work.

If you can't see which leads are open

One pipeline

Every call, text, and booking on one board, so you can see what came in and what's still open. Built to work alongside your shop software.

Customer names and numbers in these examples are for illustration.

Your price depends on what you need.

Every shop loses time and jobs in different places. You only pay for what your discovery call shows you need.

About

One founder. You work with me directly.

I'm Jacob Krzynowek, owner and founder of TandemPartners and an AI student at Bentley University.

Studying AI, I noticed a gap. AI can now handle a lot of the repetitive work in a shop, from answering calls and following up on declined repairs to texting customers when their car is ready. But most shop owners are too busy running their business to figure out which tools are worth it or how to set them up. That's where we come in. We handle all of it for you, from picking the right tools to setting them up and keeping them running, so your shop wins the work everyone else lets slip.

I started TandemPartners so business owners don't fall behind. I learn how your shop runs, build only what you need, test it with you before it goes live, and stay your direct contact after launch.

Questions before you start.

Short answers to what owners ask first. Pricing details are in the pricing section.

It depends on your business and what you need. After the discovery call, we propose only what fixes your problems and give you the price in writing. Setup and monthly management come together. Setup is paid up front, and calls, texts, and AI minutes are listed separately.

No. Calls are a common starting point, but we build whatever your shop needs. That can mean texting customers when their car is ready, following up on declined repairs, sending service reminders, asking for reviews, or pulling reports from your shop software. If it's repetitive and costing you time or jobs, we can likely automate it.

It sounds natural, but it never claims to be a person. If a caller asks, it says it's an automated assistant for your company. If they want a person, it takes a message and alerts you right away.

It only books into open slots and never quotes prices, which avoids the most common mistakes. Callers hear that the call may be recorded, and you get a summary of every call so you can check what was said. When something needs adjusting, we change the script.

Setup and monthly management come as one package, priced together in writing. After launch it's month-to-month, and you can cancel with 30 days' notice by email.
